MOBI'S was established in 1999.
In 2001, it obtained a licence for provision of mobile network services in entire BiH territory.
Currently, MOBI’S employs 319 young and perspective professionals. The average employee age is 28.
MOBI’S mission is to provide high quality, innovative and reliable services of mobile telephony which results in a user satisfaction on the basis of realisation of contact with family, friends and business partners anywhere in the world. Being oriented towards continuous technological development, application of innovative solutions and permanent expansion of offer, we tend towards leading position on market, meeting the interests of our employees and social interest and primarily through satisfaction of our users' interests.
Our desire is to improve the reality of our users and to meet the needs of both individuals and society for communication, by offering versatile, innovative and technologically current services. MOBI’S is building a leading position in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina by way of constant learning, investing in new solutions and observing new technologies, placing the user satisfaction as imperative. As a pioneer in many services, we pose new standards by ensuring competitive advantage, profitability as well as long term partnership with satisfied users.
For users of its services, MOBI’S offers two basic services - postpaid and prepaid (MOBI’S FUN) and a variety of other services. Subscription to MOBI’S network as well as all other services may be realised in MOBI’S sale departments, located in all bigger towns in RS, all Telekom centres and authorised vendors.
With the Call Centre working around the clock, MOBI’S is reaching its users more and more.
